Because, sometimes, if you’re lucky, you have mistake discounts that you have been getting that should’ve been discontinued but were overlooked. That is exactly what happened to this male Karen who called to throw a tantrum about the price increase that was clearly written on the contract he signed. So after berating an innocent employee all day—who could’ve actually helped you out, btw—he ended up with an even pricer contract! That’s some tasty karma for ya.
